PASA HARVEST CELEBRATION BENEFIT DINNER

We welcome you to join the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) for a bountiful display of locally grown food expertly created by a collection of Parkhurst Dining Services executive chefs. The dinner will be accompanied by Pennsylvania craft beers and varietal wines and promises to be a feast for your senses. Take the time to applaud the bounty of local foods available in the Western region of our state on this evening.

The event begins with a reception of fine local fare and libations at 5:30pm.  Dinner is at 7:00pm, featuring local specialties from the pasture, coop, barnyard and the fields.  Dinner will be followed by a scintillating assortment of desserts.  As a special feature this year, we have added a Connoisseur Workshop, featuring a food tasting experience for your senses with local expert, Dr. Will Clower.  This will occur before the reception at 4:30pm.   

Basic tickets for the dinner are $85. Connoisseur Partner tickets including the workshop are $135. Dinner Partner and Connoisseur Partner Tables are available as well for those who would like to make a meaningful contribution to PASA's work to ensure a thriving, sustainable food system in Pennsylvania. A portion of the ticket price is tax-deductible. Proceeds benefit the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture.
