Pressed Cabbage Salad- thinly slice cabbage, add 3 T grated
onion and grated carrot or red cabbage.
The dressing is 2 T. vinegar, 2 T. olive oil, 1/4 c chopped dill, and
1/2-1 t. salt. Toss dressing with salad
and put a plate with a weight on top of the cabbage to press salad about an
hour. Stir.
