Milanese-style Chard -- Trim and coarsely chop 1 large bunch swiss chard.  Thinly slice 1 bunch green onions.  Mince 1 large clove garlic.  In 2 tbs. olive oil, saute the onions and garlic until soft (2-3 min.).  Add chard, 2 tbs chopped parsley, 1/4 c. chopped basil, pinch of nutmeg, 1/4 c. chopped prosciutto or ham and mix well.  Cover and cook 3-5 min until tender and wilted.  Mix in 2 tbs Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.  Garnish with  2 tbs of roasted pine nuts or walnuts if desired.
