Szechwan Green Beans-- Heat wok or heavy skillet med-hot. Add 2-3 tbs. sesame oil, then 2# trimmed
green beans. Stir fry 5 min. Then add 8 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp
salt, and crushed red pepper to taste.
Stir fry several more minutes.
Remove & serve warm or at room temperature.
