Rhubarb Crisp
Blend ½ c. sugar, ½ c. butter, 2 eggs, ½ tsp. Vanilla; mix in 2 c. toast cubes, 4 c. cereal flakes; spread1/2 of this mixture in oiled baking pan; arrange 4 c. diced fresh rhubarb, add remaining mixture; sprinkle ¾ c. sugar on top; Bake 375 deg. 40 minutes until rhubarb is tender.
