Becky's Oniony Potatoes: Brush potato slices with oil. Coat with dry onion soup mix. Bake on oiled cookie sheet until tender. Variation: blend fresh onions or green onion tops with a little oil and some liquid. Mix with potato slices until coated. Bake on cookie sheet.
