Solyanka:  Boil 4 medium potatoes and mash with 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese and 1 c. yogurt.  Saute 2 c. chopped onions in oil or butter 5 min.; add 1 tsp. caraway and 6 c. shredded cabbage and saute 10 more min.; add 2 med. carrots shredded,  4-5 cloves minced garlic,  1 tbs dill and cook about 5 more min.  Mix everything together well and spread into greased 2 quart casseroe dish.  Top with 1/2 c. sunflower seeds and paprika.  Bake 35-45 min.
