Stuffed Spinach Shells:  Saute 10 oz. chopped spinach and ¼ c. green onions in tbs. olive oil, drain well. Mix 1 ½ c. cottage cheese, 1 egg, ¼ c. chopped parsley; stir in spinach, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp pepper, salt to taste. Stuff pasta shells with spinach mixture.  Spread 1 c. tomato sauce on bottom of pan, arrange shells, cover with more sauce.  Bake @ 350 deg. 30 min.
