Debi's Zucchini Garlini Tahini

Cook spaghetti or macaroni to serve 4.  Meanwhile, steam

1 large cubed zucchini and 2 large carrots or an assortment of any vegetables.  Grate garlic over top.  While this is cooking, prepare sauce:  Combine 3T tahini (sesame butter), 2T canola oil, 3T mirin (or wine), 1T lemon juice, chopped parsley, 1t. tamari soy sauce.  Add hot veggies and toss.  Add pasta and toss. (Cubed tofu simmered for 5 min. can be added too.)
