Cooked Salsa:  Combine 4 c diced seeded peeled tomatoes, 1 med. chopped green pepper, 1 large chopped onion, 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper, ½ c. tomato paste, ¼ c. vinegar, 1 tbs. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, ½ tbs cayenne pepper.  Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered 45 min. stirring often.  Cool. Add 4 tbs chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.  To preserve for later use, pour into freezer containers, and freeze.   Stir before serving.
