Savory Tomatoes: Slice off tops of four tomatoes.  Remove the seeds and leave upside down to

drain.  Rub 4tbs cottage cheese through a strainer to achieve a smooth consistency, add milk if

needed.  Stir in 1tsp cumin, 1 green pepper(de-seeded & diced), salt & pepper.  Stuff tomatoes.

Dry roast 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds in a frying pan until light brown-sprinkle on tomatoes.  Chill.
